Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JQ Digital Consulting ("I," "me") collects through jqdigitalconsulting.com and how it's used. The short version: I collect very little, I don't sell anything, and you can always ask me to delete your info.

What I collect

• Info you choose to send me. If you email me, text me, use the contact form (which opens your own email app), or send your checkup results, I receive what you include, like your name, business name, email, phone and website.
• Call bookings. Booking a call uses Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• Basic site analytics. I may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) to see things like page views and which pages are popular. This doesn't use cookies to track you across other websites.
• The website checkup. Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to me unless you click "Email these results to Jack."

How I use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and provide the services you ask for
• To send project updates, invoices and follow-ups
• To understand how the site is used and improve it

What I don't do

• I don't sell or rent your personal information.
• I don't share it with anyone except the services needed to run my business (for example, email, scheduling, hosting and payment providers).

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Calendly for scheduling, plus web fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts. These services may process technical data like your IP address to deliver their features, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Just reply to any email or contact me at jack@jqdigitalconsulting.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
