Wedding & event venues

Venue websites that book more tours.

Couples and event planners compare a lot of venues online before they ever visit. Your website has to show them the space, answer the big questions and make booking a tour easy.

What I usually see

  • No pricing at all. Couples skip venues that won't share even a starting price.
  • Photos that don't show the space. Too few photos, low quality, or none of the actual ceremony and reception areas.
  • The page title says "Home | Mysite." A leftover website-builder default that hurts how you show up on Google.
  • Tour booking means phone tag. Couples want to pick a time online, often late at night.
  • Old events and packages still listed. Outdated info makes people wonder if you're still booking.

What your new site includes

  • Starting prices and packages so the right couples reach out.
  • A photo gallery organized by ceremony, reception, getting-ready spaces and details.
  • Online tour booking with your calendar built right in.
  • Capacity, amenities and policies answered before the first call.
  • An inquiry form that captures date, guest count and budget.

Questions

Good to know.

Should I put prices on my venue website?

In most cases, yes. Even a "starting at" price helps couples decide whether to reach out, and it filters out people who aren't a fit.

Can couples book tours online?

Yes. I can add Calendly or a booking tool so couples pick a tour time that works for you, without the phone tag.

Can you work with my current platform?

Yes. I can redesign on Wix, Squarespace or whatever you use now, or move you to something simpler.

Do you work with venues outside Tennessee?

Yes, anywhere in the US. Everything happens over a quick call, email and text.

Free mockup

Want to see what your venue site could look like?

I'll put together a free mockup of your new homepage. No cost, no strings, and the Chick-fil-A is on me if we hop on a call.
